Faltz Building Group is family-owned. Every home is shepherded by a principal who walks the site weekly, knows every trade by name, and signs off on the punch list before you ever see it. We don't subcontract craft — we own it.
That accountability comes from how this company was built: from the field up. Fhidman started in construction in Brazil, worked the trades in Atlanta after moving here, earned his Georgia GC license, and founded Faltz in 2018 with his wife Ana. Old-world craft instincts. Modern engineering discipline. A small-builder ethic with big-builder standards.
From the field, by hand, with intention.
Fhidman Faltz is an immigrant from Brazil with Italian roots — a heritage that comes through in how he builds. A telecommunications engineer by training, he discovered construction in São Paulo and never left it.
After moving to Atlanta, he started where every great builder should: in the field. He worked the trades, took the technical training, sat for the Georgia GC exam, and earned his license. Faltz Building Group launched in 2018 — first as a renovation specialist, then as a custom home builder. Today, with 325+ renovations and 16 custom homes delivered, the company holds the same standard from day one: small-builder ethic, big-builder discipline.
His wife Ana Faltzco-owns the company and runs operations. Together they're a small home developer with big ambitions — and a deliberately limited project slate each year so every home gets the attention it deserves.
